Hi all. I'm hoping somebody can help, since I'm at my wit's end here. For some reason I am not able to change the default ringtone in Skype. I go to Tools/Options/Sounds/Ringtones, then select the sound I want, but every time I click the Save button it reverts to the default sound. I managed to set all the other sounds the way I want them; I just can't set the ringtone sound. I'm running Windows 10, JAWS 18, script version 622b (revision 975) and Skype version 7.38.0.101.
