Well here's the good news. I managed to figure out how to send invites so i
will be doing just that. The user must except the invite by following the
directions in the email then set their options such as digest and non digest
etc at the skype english groups.io interface.. I'm still learning the interface
myself, so I won't be able to answer all questions but I assure you the
experience will be very smooth. Invites will be comign to those who have not
yet migrated over, and if you already have, please ignore said email.

I actually don't think I can. I'll try, but that's part of the paid plan.
What error did you get when you sent an email to the address on the page I
gave o the message I sent? I will see what I can do, but I don't think I can
add members. If I can send an invite to you from the interface I'll see what I
can do.
