Senhores,
Adquiri um ACER Aspire 3003LCi cujas especificações me dizem que é ACPI
1.0b compliant.
Por ter colocado mais 256MB de RAM (ficou com 512) já tive que me virar
pra fazer o danado se entender com a bateria. Etapa vencida, apesar de que
eu descobri que a carga completa fica sempre aquém do suportado pela
bateria :( Sugestões?
Agora estou tentando entender porque não consigo faze-lo voltar de um
suspend-to-ram.

Aqui já vemos algo que me intrigou bastante! Mesmo no paper do ACPI 1.0b
dizendo que suporta o estado standby, isto não foi percebido pelo kernel:

Quando eu aperto algum botão depois de ele estar "suspenso", o botão power
acende e o led "ligado" também.... só que nada mais acontece :(
