How do I apply this rule by application? Ex.: Firefox -> 10KBps LimeWire -> 40KBps
Some applications is forcing a abnormal disconnection. And my modem need to restart manually after each disconnection. Excess of bandwidth request? My connection is very slow, about 50KBps.
