the binaries linked for 5.0.4 seem to be missing now. i tried updating
the url for 5.1.2 locally and used VERSION=5.1.2 and the build seemed
to work except for a warning about dangling pointers. the menu entries
seem to work fine and i didn't have a chance investigate any further
yet.
