Hi all,

libminizip is currently assigned as an optional dependence of gwyddion. But when upgrading gwyddion 2.45 -> 2.46 I got the following error(s):

jpkscan.c: In function 'match_segment_filename':
jpkscan.c:804:11: error: implicit declaration of function 'atoi' [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]
     *id = atoi(s);

make: *** [all] Error 2
Makefile:521: recipe for target 'all' failed
  gwyddion: gwyddion.SlackBuild return non-zero

gwyddion 2.46 compiled fine after installing libminizip.
