Well, is the folder, by chance, named 'Dev' on your system? :> Try renaming the actual folder to 'dev', or if that is already the case, to 'Dev'
Not quite a fix per se, but perhaps a workaround. I don't know why it happens. I have uppercase letters in my path to my viewer source.
