The legacy renderer branch of the Cool SL Viewer (v1.19.0.5) has been updated to implement the fixes. I also published on the JIRA a patch adapted to the v1.19.0.5 viewer, which aggregates all three patches by Ramzi. The patch might work with older viewers as well...
