I did complete the merge of the most recent 1.23 RC code + most recent
internal http-texture to projects/2009/http-texture svn rev 2259.
Builds went fine and are available here:

This should fix most of the bake textures oddities reported previously
on 2244. I've still been able to get crashers (on Curl) or freeze on
load (stuck in loading textures in the progress bar).
