Griefing can be done just by using chat, so you'd also should ask for a 10L charge for every line of chat. Also using voice, so charge 10L for any use of the middle mouse button.
Doing such a thing would mean that anybody writing a script (using chat ...) would be griefed, without griefers having to be even online.
