With some coercion of build machines and backporting a build
system fix, we now have Windows and Mac binaries, and will
soon have a Linux binary here for Snowglobe 1.1.3:

This is really fresh off the presses, as in not tested at all,
so don't be entirely surprised if it doesn't even launch. If
all looks good, we'll replace Snowglobe 1.1.2 with this version.
