Are you using the Slide client in Slide1.0.9?
Then, it isn't fixed yet!
It's fixed a few weeks ago, again!

P.S.: As I tested with tomcat 4.0, there is the WebDAV module,
        It was ok.   I'm not tested with the Slide server though.
