Hi Dirk I am dynamically creating the collections(directory structure) and put in the documents. Also I need to check if a directory exists or not and based on the creat the directory if needed. For that I am at present using the makecollection method for the directory and and check for 405 which means the collection already exists. Is there a better and optimised way of checking if a directory exists or not like check some property --- Please do throw some light on this
