Slide does not build

Folks, sorry for that, but because I moved locking from the stores to 
the kernel to have it available for kernel level caching, I forgot to 
move the logger as well. That's way Slide does not build any more.
Moving the StoreLogger from the stores to the util package in the kernel 
should fix the problem.

I promise to fix this in the CVS tomorrow :)
