4.1 is still on alpha. I never used it and I didn't check the differences and 
enhancements.
I'm going to test with this version today if I have time.
 
Last points : 
 
* As you mentionnes in a previous mail, I  receive some deadlock mainly with delete 
method in the macro helper. After somes discussion on MySql mailing list, one 
developer ask me to minize the transaction time. For him, transaction seems to be very 
long. 
Otherwise, insert, get seems to work perfectly with this new store version (even 
within my multithread tests).
 
* Maybe StandardRDBMSAdapater should be renamed into SqlServerStore. It seems you are 
using some delete statements specific to SqlServer.
