sorry for contacting you directly, but you once offered help with the Slide Tomcat wrappers, so I though you still might be willing to.
The problem is org.apache.catalina.startup.HostConfig has become final in Tomcat's 4.1.29 release. Slide's wrapper class wrappers.catalina.BaseHostConfig tries to extend it and of course fails.
As I am rather helpless in this issue, I would be most grateful for any hints.
This isn't final in my sources. Which version of the file are you looking at exactly ?
BTW, how about working with 5.0.x instead ? It is very similar to 4.1.x, with plenty of small incremental improvements (ie, it can't hurt).
