[proposal] Refactoring the Slide CVS module

Since my first proposal to separate jakarta-slide into different CVS 
modules didn't get much traction (and some firm opposition at the 
jakarta PMC level where there are proposals to go the exact other 
direction), I would like to propose that we simply restructure the CVS 
slide module to keep things cleaner.

Now, there are two ways to do this:

more radical but more future compatible:

 README.txt <- explains what slide is and what you find here
 /client
 /server
 /test
or adding

 /client

and move the client stuff there and leave everything else untouched.

What do you think?
