The JSR 170 Working Group is pleased to have as much feedback as 
possible on the specification as long as it doesn't saturate them.

So, if you want to have access to the spec, please, email me privately 
and I'll give it to you.

After that, please send all feedback and suggestions to me and I'll 
forward them to the expert group.
