Summary: Cleaning of docs

I finished my work on the docs cleaning and merging. I have deleted much 
stuff or removed links to it. I also moved much technical low level 
information into the Javadocs.

Some stuff is still a TODO, especially docs on installations as it is 
yet unclear which jars will be delivered with Slide.
