This is done by the Tomcat installation target as well. You specify where Tomcat is installed in build.properties. slide.properties will be patched in the way Domain.xml can be found.full path in slide.properties helped for me, e.g.:
org.apache.slide.domain=D:/Projects/IDE/slide/Domain.xml
Ah OK. Did you also change WebdavServlet.init() accordingly? I think you need to prevent it from initializing the Domain there a second time.
