FAQ

As the docs available for Slide 2.0 are somewhat poor by now, I 
introduced a FAQ in src/doc/FAQ.xml. I hope this will allow quick 
entries on questions asked in the lists as making a simple entry in a 
FAQ has a lower threshold than writing a full doc. The initial version 
of the FAQ is empty, so I kindly ask everyone to add to it :)
