[Patch] Package targets for client build script

I have added targets for distributon to the client build script:

- package-bin-all: Binary distr. as ZIP and TAR-GZIP
- package-src-all: Source distr. as ZIP and TAR-GZIP
Could one of the commiters please check the changes in.
