Hello,

I am building a CMS, and I want to use Cocoon as the presentation
layer and use Slide for the repository. I have a question about
authentication: where does slide store its user and password
information?
I can login using "root" with no pass, but I can't find
where this info is stored. The file tomcat-users.xml doesn't
contain this user, and users in that file can't login to Slide.
I am using Slide-2.0b1.

I just take a casual look at Slide-2.0b1 release and very impressed with its clean features that i was forced to abandon it 3 years ago. Thanks to all committers :-). I think it is much more beneficial after all hard works if we have some documentation about the new version security model and especially how it integrates with container-managed tomcat 5.

Is it even possible to use J2EE authentication (I would like to use
that)?

Thanks in advance,
Bart.
