I don't think so.
There is a hard-coded
<copy todir="${lib}" file="${basedir}/../lib/jdom-b9.jar" overwrite="yes" />
in testsuite/build.xml and the name of the file in CVS has changed
from jdom-b9.jar to jdom-20040226-.jar (note the trailing "-" BTW).
