Are you sure this works? The code in AbstractWebdavMethod seems to be looking
for one of three values, "0", "1", or "infinity". If it doesn't find one of
those values it sends an http 412 response (precondition failed).
See lines 1377 and 1657 in AbstractWebdavMethod.
