As mentioned some time ago I wanted to resign as Slide's release manager. Now, James Mason signaled he would take over if no one else volunteered for it. This is due to me as I showed him the prospect of honor, only the best girls, etc this position brings along with it.
He would like to participate in the present 2.1 release cycle and take over as soon as he feels up to it. I am of the opinion it is no big problem James has not been associated with the Slide project for too long. I became release manager even before I was granted CVS karma to Slide...
