Recent bugzilla activity

I've created a bug 
(http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=31521) to track 
issues related to the 2.1 release. Apparently bugzilla sends out 
notifications when a new dependency is created and since the dev list is 
the owner of most of the bugs... ;)

So, apologees for all the unnecessary traffic and if anyone has time to 
review some of the older bugs to see if they're still valid I'd 
appreciate it.
