Could you clarify this definition for those of use (me) who don't read German? It looks like Slide can translate many ways into German, but it's not clear what the meanings are.
A note on the logo: I chose the "photography slide" because I'm not a very good artist and that shape is really easy to draw :). Also, I liked the implied meaning better than "playground slide" (my other idea). -James On Mon, 2004-11-22 at 12:17 +0100, Oliver Zeigermann wrote: > http://dict.leo.org/?lp=endeâ=de&searchLoc=0&cmpType=relaxed&relink=on§Hdr=on&spellToler=std&search=slide > > > On Mon, 22 Nov 2004 12:08:35 +0100, Stefan LÃtzkendorf > <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Better than the current one (:-). > > > > Has "Slide" not other meaning than "diapositive", may be we found a > > nicer reading for it. > > BTW. does anybody know where the "Slide" name comes from? > > > > Stefan > > > > > > > > James Mason wrote: > > > > > Just for kicks I put together an idea for a logo for Slide.
