We have four list moderators now:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

The moderators will get a message once someone posts to the lists who
is not subscribed and not added to the allow list. When replying to it
you can accept the post and let it through to the list. By replying to
all you can also add the posting user to the allow list.

People in the allow list can post to the lists without being
subscribed. This is useful when you post with a second from address,
but do not want to receive double messages, e.g. with your
[EMAIL PROTECTED] address that is the sender for commit messages.

To see find out who is in the subscribed and allow list you can send email to

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

resp.

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

ozeigermann=apache.org

must be replaced with your apache account where the @ is replaced by
=. Of course you will have to be a moderator to get the list.
