After some investigating it looks like this is an Eclipse bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=45717
It will only show up when running the full-dist or release targets from
within Eclipse, since those targets call the client and testsuite builds
using <ant/>.
I've uploaded new builds to the same location. Let me know if I missed
anything else.
