After issuuing bin/catalina stop or bin/shutdown command, Tomcat exits, but in
process list Tomcat java process is still present and have number of threads.
The only way to shutdown Tomcat runnign Slide is to issue "kill" command.

When Slide web application is undeployed, Tomcat shuts down completely 
correctly.

This has been reported by more than three diffrent users in
comp.jakarta.tomcat.user newsgroup and at least two users in
comp.jakarta.slide.user newsgroup.

This bug has been observed with Tomcat 5.0.28 and Slide versions 2.1, 2.2HEAD 
running on Linux OSX and FreeBSD.
