Since there was no immediated response, I assume there are no major
known issues or bugzilla maintenance going on, so I will just give
it a try to move the patch.
I made sure to completely close all browser sessions so that no
cookie would stuff things up, and this time there was no errors.
(Also went with IE instead of Firefox - since I figured tabbed
browsing in Firefox with a shared cookie might have been the
root cause for this.)
Anyway, patch is now successfully attached to bugzilla #34343 [1],[2].
This fixes the inital user-submitted SQL in revokePermissions
for PostgreSQL and the case revisionNumber == null, in a similar
fashion to what Unico Hommes already applied in the CommonRDBMSAdapter.
