the tp.properties files in testsuite contains some parameters of the test
suite. Something like john.
Tests that try to use multiple tests expect that there are some users that
follow the pattern
"userN", e.g. john2, john3. The same for the passwords.

for currenty the packages FUNCTIONAL, BIND, DASL, DELTAV pass completly, with a
single exception:
functional\lock\mix\killLock.xml
the BIND package requires of course a configured store with binding.
DASL I have tested with the lucene indexer and the default expression factory.
