Proxy?

Well, solved this problem i want to know another thing. I've tried Skunkdav,
davexplorer and slide, ie 5. All of them work fine with localhost(tomcat)
but when i try to reach an outside server, they simply don't work. I think
have nothing to do with a proxy/firewall we have here(receiving in 8080).
But ie says on status line "detecting proxy settings...". In fact, i've
tried to access www.cyberteams.com:8080 , and only ie works. There's a way
of configure the cliente?
