Configuring Catalina to use the Slide realm is hard. There are some
instructions on how to do that on the Tomcat howto page, but I would
recommend using the Tomcat 4 powered server which is in the "server"
directory of Slide's binary distribution.

There are some samples of configuring with a JDBC store in the default
Domain.xml file.
