My Database is empty - I have checked all tables.
I still have some problems with the compilation. I am missing some
javax.servlet.* classes.

I also committed a new revision (1.22) of JDBCDescriptorsStore, with
more logging so that we can locate the exact location of the exception.
If you can recompile with this, and try to start slide again...
Can you also check the database, are there any records inserted in any
table ?
