The latest version has a fix for the CR and for the path in run.sh.

There a 2 ways of installing Slide. You can deploy slide.war onto any
servlet engine or you can integrate Slide with tomcat 4 like it is done
in the binary distribution.

The slide.war method uses a Domain.xml file, look at this one and not
the one in the example directory.

The integrated install uses server/conf/slide/slide.def and
server/conf/slide/slide.data to configure the stores and the initial
structure.
