Is there any way to dynamically add/remove users to Slide and modify
ACLs without restarting Slide? I've noticed that any changes I make
regarding the addition of new users and the modification of ACLs (via
changes to the PERMISSIONS table when the JDBC store is used) require Slide
to be restarted before the changes take effect.
