although I don't know what's exactly missing but here's what Remy
wrote when I posted the same problem about a month ago: (hope he
doesn't mind...)
"I've been adding code to Tomcat 4.1 to avoid this (by allowing to
declare the listeners used). I'm in the middle of a "discussion"
in the TC world, so I'm a bit late finishing the changes."
So all I can suggest is, to drop the slide-webapp into tomcat, the
way I posted a few mails ago.
