Mike,

I don't think Slide supports that yet.  Granted, syncing cache among
different instances in a distributed env is a complex thing.  In our project
we turned off Slide caching and instead we do caching in our own app (a
layer above slide).  This way we had more control on how our cache shall be
refreshed.  Even that we still need to add more work. :)
