Anyone know where this is set in the code (class name and line number,
please!)? As far as I can see, it 's not being set at all and that is the
reason why my WebDav server is returning a "No Content" error back.

Hello,
"201 created" is returned when the resource is created on the server.
"204 no content" is returned when the resource was updated.
If those response codes are not returned correctly, I would consider this a
Slide bug.

Slide is arguably incorrect here, but it's not a completely unreasonable
response. The best would probably be 'Created' (I'm not going to bother
looking up the status code for that right now), but 'No Content' is not
incorrect as far as I know. This means it worked.
