Hello Daniel, Here is a very generic link of Apaches contributing philosophy: http://jakarta.apache.org/site/getinvolved.html.
You are free and welcome to send fixes, patches and code (also docu) to the slide developers list. A committer will then be able to check it into the CVS repository. In Slide we did not set up a huge amount of rules, some technical restrictions are implemented (e.g. the docu is written in XML). And people who want more docs should be helping big time also. Otherwise, their opinion is not relevant. I am very interested in contributing to the documentation effort. My thoughts were that a beginners guide would be very helpful. I had some difficulty configuring slide initially, and I think more complete documentation would help the community. I have not contributed to an OS project before so I am ignorant of the protocols for contributing. At this point any direction would help me in focusing my efforts. -Dan --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
