No lock on parent resource. Seems like the connection was staling and the
Dav server I was speaking to would return "not lock owner" for any Dav
actions whenever this happened. So, I just have to reopen a connection (at
regular intervals) before performing an action and everything works okay
then. It's either something in Slide or the Dav server I am using. But the
workaround seems okay for now.

A parent collection might be locked.
