Hi, I am evaluating Slide for a repository for user, group, roles and associated information. Some of the factors that we are interested in are performance when it comes to search, getting the groups that a user belongs to and the users that are contained in a group. Is there any documentation on deployment scenarios that take into account fault tolerance, replication (multiple instances of app server and one DB). Does anyone have a version of the server in a production environment (used inside a company or by a service provider)? What version of Slide, What OS, what Database and how many users? Sharing any other experences in production environments related to quality, scalability, and maintenance issues that you may have had to deal with would be greatly appriciated.
