to creat a new user. Both operations are succeeded, and "sally.def.xml" is made
in users directory with
<property name="password" namespace="DAV:" value="123" type=""
protected="false">
This is the problem : the password property have not to be in the "DAV:"
namespace, but in the "http://jakarta.apache.org/slide/"; namespace.
