I work in a university lab that needs to handle role
based access to clinical data. We also have a number
of (portal based) analysis tools that would need to
exchange data with slide. So, a researcher would
upload experimental data to a repository (through a
CM/DM portal), and then interact with the repository
using other portlets.
I read on this list that some people were developing a
portal (Jetspeed) interface to slide repositories.
Is this code available? Is it developed on jetspeed 2
or 1?
I would be willing to contribute to this effort if it
would fit our needs.
