-It is right, and first time it opens the document correctly, but at the
same time the Word adds shortcut
in the Recent folder to something that is not a Word document (or event to
something in IE cache).
Therefore, when you open the document next time, the Word will get confused
or will open this something from IE Temporary Files.

Acctually, Word 2000 works.
