You need to have at least two capital letters in the page name for it to 
show up as a link automatically. Something like MiGration. This would be 
rather silly in this case, though :). There's a syntax for creating a 
link explicitly. Something like [Migration], I think. Check the help on 
the wiki for links/navigation.
