Neat! The Jackrabbit project is news to me.  I would be lying if I didn't say that I'm 
suprised that this is a different project outside of Slide within the Apache umbrella. 
 Isn't JSR-170 more or less just a standard Java API to access repository(s) that 
could be wrapped in front of WebDAV calls?
