Beware that there are some issues with configuring multiple stores of mixed
types and there are also problems getting multiple jdbc stores going as
well. I now have a working configuration consisting of a root jdbc store and
two XML file descriptor stores that seems to work. Though I did submit a fix
for an exception that was occurring in the DB2 jdbc adapter when using this
configuration due to problems with finding the binding for a child that is
the mount point for a different store.
